By accessing and using Kindflow (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Kindflow provides an intelligent business agent platform that enables businesses to automate customer interactions, streamline operations, and enhance customer service through intelligent agents and conversational interfaces.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree not to use the Service to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEDATI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nedati Technologies Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
